Spend a couple hours on Sunday dancing and moving with Joy.  You don't even realize until AFTER what a GREAT workout you got.
If you are new to Nia a Nia Jam is a perfect way to experience it!
Come sense Joy while you workout.  
Terre Pruit, of Help You Well, who has regularly scheduled classes in San Jose will be leading at least one song!

Come see what all the excitement it about.  Get the best of a lot of worlds.  Nia Jams are a GREAT way to try Nia for the first time. 
Come sense Joy while you workout.  Come exercise, dance, laugh, have fun with different Nia teachers from around the Bay Area and surrounding areas.

 Join Terre Pruitt for Nia on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm in Willow Glen, San Jose (click here for details)
Tuesday evenings are Nia classes/workouts. 
 
And this weekend there are two Nia Events:
Saturday, October 3, 2009 there is a Niamaste Celebration Playshop in Berkeley from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. 
Play and dance with Sabine and Philippe residents of Auroville, India.  This will be a one hour playshop and then a one hour Nia class.   Click for for details.
Sunday, October 4, 2009 there is a Nia Jam in Berkeley from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
