Here in San Diego, CA from April 2020 and through June of 2022, many buyers were enjoying interest rates below 3% but had to purchase a home site unseen over Zoom, if they were lucky enough to see the home they often only had 15 minutes to do so because the next appointment was on our heels and the house was only open Sat & Sun then offers were due.
