Using custom email signatures saves time and gives the information we want to share in our correspondence. Most of us have quite a few to choose from.
I recently received an email signature from another agent. "Oh yeah, in the next two weeks you will know of friends, neighbors, or co-workers who are looking to sell or buy a home. Be sure to tell them about your experience working with me and call me right away with their phone numbers so I can help them too."

I have a question about your email signature.
When you are going back and forth with the same transaction, which signature do you use?
I have seen the full blown signature, including all designations, head shot, company info and multiple phone numbers used over and over in the same thread. Even when the response is a word or two...the long email is there in every single message.
