On occasions the clients have so much confidence in the agent..they just sign with no questions.
Others need it all explained . Recently, I met with a buyer three times. The first time was to show the property. After that first showing an offer was drawn up and emailed. This buyer spoke with friends and colleagues and had a list of questions and concerns.
Our second meeting was to revisit the property and go over the offer. The review took 3 hours...the buyer was very detail oriented and had a list of even more questions and (15 comments)
