This looks like a very nice community. Thanks for sharing and have a most productive weekend.
Blooming for home buyers.
We enjoy learning about communities outside our Long Island NY area. With the map, photos and details, you have a great marketing flyer for this community!

Jim, Great presentation of a very nice looking condo community I bet these updates make your phone ring.
You are the Condo King in San Diego Jim! Can't wait to see your beautiful city.
Jim - I have not had the experience of your marketing presentation before - and I'm poorer for the lack. This was brilliant, colorful, insightful and informative. More importantly I was fascinated with the subtle call to action in your closing narrative. My hat's off to a master - and I have learned a great deal in a very few minutes. Thanks ...
Jim, you sure do a good job in updating! The Franciscan sounds like a great place for busy families and professionals!
Jim, I love the format of your Neighborhood Tour and Market Report. It is so professional looking and really gives a great presentation.
This is a great article and I just looked at one of your hyper-local blogs and it is beautiful. I have written 6 blogs in August, and I was happy with them, as a start. They are coming up on page 1 and so I feel good about that. However, your tables, which I always send to buyers, are a great idea to post, and I still have to figure out how to put pictures in next to the text and next to each other. I will call you at some point to find out how to do this. Excellent blogs!
Fabulous article. I love your format. I may borrow some of your ideas, if that's OK with you :0)
