Villages In Newton, MA 02458, are there 13 or are there less? Newton is a town that is made up of a variety of smaller villages with very distinct characteristics. In some cases the bounderies are blurred. Newton is located just 6-8 miles from downtown Boston depending on where you are in the village and where you are going into Boston. Newton named #1 city in the US by 24/7 Wall Street this week. This is no surprise to the large families that live in this wonderful city. It is something to brag about, but you have to realize that these ratings are based on a variety of criteria that can take out other great cities. Great schools because this community cares about the schools. While there are other nearby towns that also have great schools, Newton actually has two full high schools that make it onto the best schools in the State each year.

Just not enough to get the house sold is what I hear over and over from the homeowners I speak to who's houses didn't sell when their first agent had it on the market. So often I hear that "all you people sound the same". Meaning all agents are the same and this is just not true. You can drive around any town and see more of one person's sign than others. If you live and work in the city, especially Boston you can get from here to there in most cases faster with the available public transportation (during regular hours) than you can with a car, and certainly way cheaper if you are considering parking.
