Finishing his CE classes for his RE license in the State if Nevada, studying the state test for the Alaska state license for RE and the state test for RE in California.

ce classes: Buyers Agent for Hire = Would you sign this Buyers Agency Agreement?

The many years that I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent, I have never had clients sign a Buyers Agency Agreement. I just finished some CE classes required to keep my license active and there was a class on Buyers Agency. In that class there were many new agents and some agents with 2-4 years under their belts. Over 50% of the agents in the class mentioned that they will not show homes to clients unless they sign a Buyers Agency Agreement. WOW ... what happened to Vegas Bob?
