What is the best Season for Home Owners to sell their homes in Las Vegas Nevada?
I always thought that the best time to sell a home in Las Vegas Nevada was in Spring because of tax season and other reasons, but I was wrong.
By looking at this graph it looks like the Season of Spring is coming in 3rd place for selling homes in the Las Vegas area.
I do know that many people come onto the Las Vegas Valley and rent homes with pools around the HOT Summer months. And buy looking at this graph … (7 comments)

What can (Videos) do for your Business?
Around 5 years ago I became very interested in (Videos) for Business and personal interest. As a photographer or 35 years I continue to see Videos moving forward into the future, and becoming more and more a great way of advertising Businesses of all kinds.
In just over one year I have taken over 3000 Videos, over 647 Videos have been loaded up to YouYube at 2 different accounts with over 665,000 views. These numbers are HUGE in such a short time and the exposure and return on my time has been well worth … (12 comments)

That's right Spring is around the corner and Spring in Las Vegas Nevada is very busy. With Chinese New Year, Super Bowl, Basketball's Final Four, Spring Break and so much more Vegas get's HUGE numbers of tourists coming to visit.
Some tourists come to Las Vegas to break up the long cold winter from the cities they live in. Some tourists are setting themselves up with a Summer home rental with a swim pool to enjoy the HOT Summer days. And many tourists come to Las Vegas to "Party" and just have ... FUN!

“Pauly D” was down on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas riding the Zip-Line from on end of Fremont Street to the other. Many tourists did not recognize Pauly D at first but it didn’t take long before many of them grabbed their cameras and were chasing him.
Here are several photographs that Vegas Bob took of Pauly D and (NO) … VB was not chasing him anywhere. VB would just wait till Pauly D rode the Zip-Line and take photos … (16 comments)

The inventory of Real Estate (Homes) in Las Vegas Nevada has become very small For anyone interested in purchasing a home in the Las Vegas area the time is now. There are very few homes available, Banks will be dropping more Foreclosed/ HOA homes on the market in February of 2013 but the prices on these homes will be inflated by the Banks and many of them will be homes that will be bid upon with the highest bidders getting the homes ...
