Who really wants more business at ActiveRain?
Are there any ActiveRain members out there that could use more business, more clients, more money?
Robert Vegas Bob Swetz has been brainstorming on how to generate more leads and clients for himself and his friends & associates at ActiveRain.
VB has finally come up with a great way to do both and thought about this idea several years ago.
And now once again after several years, this idea popped into the brain of Robert Swetz.
It will take some time to master and many days and months to post blogs with URLs, information, etc.

2 Major Leads have Vegas Bob flying home for 2 weeks.
In the last week Robert Vegas Bob Swetz received several calls from people interested in purchasing properties in Las Vegas and Henderson.
At first Vegas Bob thought these calls were just your typical calls from tourists just wanting to go for a free joy ride around the Las Vegas Valley.
Only to find out these 2 leads are the real deal!
So Vegas Bob will be flying home next week for 1-2 weeks and then back to Alaska.
The flight from Alaska to Vegas is only a 4 1/2 hr flight and a RT ticket … (15 comments)

leads: How can Zillow Legally sell Leads to Real Estate Brokers & Agents?

In the many years I have been in the Real Estate Industry I have always wondered "why" some Brokers and Agents purchase Leads from networks and companies that (don't) sell Real Estate.
The way I see it ... why doesn't MLS and or Real Estate Divisions across the Nation either sell or give leads to Brokers & Agents in every State, City and Town across the Nation?
10 years ago Vegas Bob paid for leads for one year with "Zero" return.
And 4 years ago I paid Zillow for 6 months and spring of 2015 for leads on a weak zip code in Henderson Nevada … (3 comments)

Vegas Bob was wondering if there are Brokers & Agents at ActiveRain that purchase leads.
There are many Brokers & Agents in the Las Vegas & Henderson areas that do purchase leads. So Vegas Bob is also wondering if there are Brokers & Agents that are purchasing leads, then which company are they purchasing them from?
Zillow?

IDX Websites?

I received a email several days ago from a gentleman in Japan interested in moving his family from Japan to Las Vegas Nevada, he wanted me to send him listings from MLS on purchasing a home between the price ranch of 150k to 400k. I have received emails from Europe, Burma, Thailand, Canada from people interested in purchasing Real Estate in Las Vegas but never Japan.
The only thing I can think of why I have received a email from Japan is because of a interview I did several weeks ago with some Japanese people from a television program.

Sometimes the Real Estate business is so weird and unpredictable, and here's why ...
I sent a handful of personal letters out 3-4 years ago to people, etc. that own Commercial properties, Land, Buildings, etc. Well I am still getting calls around once per month on these letters, which means these people kept my letters on in their files or I really don't know where they kept these letters. But to get calls from these people 3-4 years later is really strange, and I find it quite interesting.

As much sunshine as we get in Las Vegas Nevada Real Estate leads keep finding there way and continue to drip through the atmosphere and into Vegas Bob's hands.
I have been contacting several new Real Estate Brokers and Agents just to make sure I don't lose any leads and or business.
The Activerain Network has created so much google juice in the last several years that I have become over whelmed with Real Estate business.

My first lead from (Canada) through the Activerain network!
Two days ago I received a phone call from Edmonton Alberta Canada, I missed the call when it first came in but returned as soon as I could.
I spoke with John for around 30 minutes and asked him questions about his Commercial Building with Triple Net Leases connected. I asked him about the location, square footage, and about the businesses and length of their leases.
