See everything in action on the next MLS Searches webinar! It's important to be of value and give people relevant information. However you also need to ask them to "return the favor," so to speak.
What can you offer to the public that will make them want to give you their contact information and, most importantly, want to work with you?
A few ways to get folks to respond with useful info: 1) Hide the address, virtual tour, and listing description of each MLS listing. Tell the website visitor to contact you for that information. 2) Limit the number of MLS listings a client can view (7 comments)

Jump on next week's free MLS Searches webinar! Tuesday, December 8th 9:00 AM (PST) / 11:00 AM (CST) / 12:00 PM (EST) Hi there,
We'd like to share some pretty exciting news. This summer's blockbuster is our New MLS Search. It has been designed to provide a similar look to the large search portals that many people visit. We wanted to make sure your website gives visitors a familiar place to find homes. By reducing the learning curve your clients often face, we increase immediate interaction. If clients are familiar and comfortable using your website, they'll return. This means more traffic, more branding, and more top-of-mind awareness.
Let the countdown begin. Soon (so very soon) we will release our New Map Search.
It will be focused on: 1) Creating an environment your clients want to visit. 2) Creating a visually comfortable environment to explore. 3) Stickier lead capture. 4) Giving your clients the ability to customize Custom IDX links.
Basically, it's better. A lot better.
Everyone gets the New Search. Get prepared to invite your clients to your website. Once they're there, we will make sure they stay.
Thank you for your continued business. Thank you for believing in us. 2015 is the year of improvements.
We're always here to answer your questions (0 comments)
