We hear stories daily on the obstacles present when buying and then closing on a home. The fact is that once you own it, you freaking own it. When It Hits Home..... Boy meets house. Boy buys house. Boy gets a good deal. Yet, as with anything truly ironic, boy lacks the capacity to fix things. Boy's mechanical fortitude is akin to spitting into the wind, shooting pool with a rope. Boy clogs sink. Boy tries Drano. Boy sees no results. I dialed the digits of one of my best friends from High-School, who is a plumber. He gave me the down low on how to solve the problem, without a Professional Solution.
