Home Owners and Investors "Ripping-Off" Renters
I have several clients that Rent Homes in Las Vegas Nevada ... 4 bedroom Homes and one family is paying 1200 per month and their lease is up and the Home Owner wants to increase the rent on the Home to 1400 per month.
The home my clients are renting are around 80-90 thousand dollar homes, so the mortgage payment depending on how much was put down and the interest rate would be around 400-500 dollars per month. And the … (11 comments)

Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz's father and some other relatives flew into Las Vegas Nevada this evening, and they were very disappointed with DELTA AIRLINES.
They flew in from Minneapolis Minnesota on Flight 1551 which arrived in Las Vegas at around 7:00pm Pacific time 9-2-2011. They mentioned to Vegas Bob that the Flight Attendants were plain rude, yelling at passengers, etc.
One passenger asked a Flight Attendant for a glass of water for his child and they said no, also that they wouldn't be serving any beverages on a 3 hour flight.

Shame on the (Oil Companies) and "Happy Holidays" ...
Now that the "Holidays" are here what better time to continue raising the prices of GAS ... (NOT)! Can anyone please tell me why the Gasoline prices always go up around the "Holidays"?
Do you think the prices of Gas go up so the (Oil Companies) can hand out bonus checks, take big vacations, etc., or purchase some very expensive Christmas Presents for their loved ones?
