Home prices still priced low in Las Vegas Nevada
I have been keeping track of home prices in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico in the southwest.
Prices in all these states have been rising and some more than others.
What I have also noticed is there are better deals on homes in Las Vegas than most of these others states mentioned.

Good morning everybody and yes today is the number one shopping day of the year. Vegas Bob will not be in any shopping malls today because he doesn't like crowds.
On my drive to Las Vegas yesterday from California the sun was rising in Gilroy California, Garlic Capital of the World.

Was Robert Swetz the California Kid before he became Vegas Bob?
Robert Swetz was born in the Midwest and when he was a teenager moved to Portland Oregon and lived there off and on for 5 years. The photo (above) was taken in Santa Cruz in 2016 and the photo (below) was taken in Portland Oregon in 1979.
In 1982 Robert Swetz lived and worked in downtown San Francisco and in 1983 he lived in Santa Barbara and also worked as a glazier in the construction trade.

It's been kind of a long week for Vegas Bob, and then around noon today at work ... "Ouch"
Vegas Bob started feeling pain in his back, knees, neck, arms, head, legs and it got worse as the day went on.
I am talking serious body pain ;o(
When I arrived home from work it was a little tough getting out of the car.
I took a very hot shower and made some green tea with fresh lemon squeezed it and now Vegas Bob is expressing his feeling of under the weather.
Vegas Bob hardly ever gets sick so when he does, it's tough.

After the long previous weekend this week has been tough on old Vegas Bob ;o/
Temperatures have dropped in the Bay Area in California and it's suppose to rain again Saturday & Sunday.
With being tired and some storms coming in Vegas Bob is glad Friday is finally here and he will be taking it easy around the house.

Home Prices Across the Nation will be Dropping
Along with Stocks dropping after the Presidential Election, prepare yourselves for the values of homes to drop across the nation.
And why will homes be dropping in value across the nation?
Because in some major cities the prices on homes have been so inflated, it was just a matter of time before they dropped.
Stocks & Homes will continue to fall in November, December and January of 2017.
Vegas Bob can't really say what February will look like, but I am assuming the Real Estate Market will be strong.

I wrote a post last week about my new HP laptop I purchased because my Mac Apple is in storage.
The HP laptop I purchased is a wonderful computer, easy to use but all it wants to do is (update), almost everyday.
I have a older Mac that never needs to update.
This Microsoft Words has to be the worst software on the market with all the updates. I have read other people complaining about Word 10 and now I know what they were complaining about.

With the (new) platform at the ActiveRain network the beginning of this week there have been some down spots for Vegas Bob.
I spent a couple days trying to post and load up photos from my cell phone because being on the run 24/7 and the type of work I do during the week, my cell phone is sometimes the only way for Vegas Bob.
