Howdy ActiveRainers,
Tim here - how've you been? Summer wrapping up well?
Just thought I'd share another quick, seller-focused Script Of The Week.

neighborhood alert: Being Top of Mind Without Being Irritating. - 05/22/14 10:09 AM

It's like once they move into their home, they become forgotten and left to find … (8 comments)

neighborhood alert: Then WHY a Neighborhood Alert email? - 12/05/13 08:05 AM
Then WHY a Neighborhood Alert email?

1) Because every homeowner wants and deserves to know how much their home is worth.

2) It is easy for a homeowner to pull over, grab a listing flyer, call the listing agent off of the 'For Sale' sign, go to the open house without you, or Google the address of the listing and thus end up on Zillow or Realtor.com

3) Most people check their email first thing when they turn on their computer, giving YOU first dibs on providing them the answers they are looking to their real estate needs and questions.

neighborhood alert: Once a person buys a home, they become a seller. Do the right thing. - 10/24/13 11:09 AM

Once a person buys a home, they become a seller. Regardless if they have owned a home for 8 minutes or 2 years, the next real estate action they will take will be be selling their home.
This is not the time to completely forget about them and only concentrate on your next client. But, boy oh boy how many of us do this very thing. It is silly. You have to look ahead. The smartest of agents nurture hundreds, if not thousands of contacts in their database for years with automated tools, that do work for them, while … (0 comments)

What is the first thing you do when you turn on your computer? Check your email? Well, so do your clients.   So if your clients saw a house for sale in their neighborhood, pulled over to grab the flyer, and realized there was no flyer to grab, what would they do next? Call the listing agent on the sign? Or go home and Google the address of the listing? By setting up a PropertyMinder neighborhood search for your clients, they will know as a soon as a listing in their neighborhood hits the market and they will know exactly the price … (0 comments)
