Here are some suggestions to stimulate lead flow that I heard some are doing in the market! Have Relatives, friends, neighbors pass out cards where they work. Heck, take a night and make a list of everybody you know, everyone you can think of and do the same with them. Follow up with your former borrowers/closed loans/turndowns on a consistent basis even if it is just, "Hey how's it going?" Leave a business card when you: buy groceries, leave a tip, and go to a hair salon, store/church bulletin board, cleaners, and doctor’s office. Know someone who owns a restaurant? Put (6 comments)
