We closed on 15 September.

Sold Richmondtown Semi, Staten Island, N.Y.
Thursday, 11 August 2011; 1910 square feet of beauty. This lovely home, with too much of extras to mention here, closed.
A lovely couple whom I've been working with for a few months are the new owners. This is their first house, and it just might be their home for many years to come.
I don't think there is anything for the buyers to do, except maybe touch up a few spots here and there that the movers may have scraped on the walls, maybe one or two spots. That's it.
