Most Buyers don't like to Mortgage Shop ...
Forty percent of Home Buyers obtain only one mortgage loan quote before choosing which mortgage offer to apply for, and only 28 percent of buyers say their confident they got the best mortgage deal, a poll by Harris Interactive and LendingTree finds.
LendingTree says the 1,317 respondents comprise a nationally representative sample of home owners. Seventy percent say they find mortgage shopping to be a frustrating experience, with more than 20 percent citing the complexity of the terms and 20 percent the amount of times it takes.

I am re-blogging/ re-posting this story because I find it very interesting and think it was skipped and unread by many members.
I not doing it to point fingers at anyone but to show that many different people have many different opinions on subjects related to Real Estate and we need to look at Real Estate and the problems we have from all different angles.

There are many States across the country that are in great need of new listings and homes to sell to clients.
I have around four different sets of clients that are in great need of finding homes for their families. And I have been taking with other agents around the city of Las Vegas they are telling me the same thing.
California is also hoping for another dump of REOs.

This post is directed towards people interested in purchasing a home with out being financed by the Bank.
I have been hearing horror stories about people interested in purchasing a home and the Banks refusing to finance them.
Hear is what I say "Screw the Banks"
Never liked Banks and I never will!
I know agents are going to read this and say if the buyer doesn't use the Bank to get financed I can't sell them a home! Oh really, why can't you?

I ran into the Real Estate Fairy again and she had some great news to tell me about the market and if it's still a great time to buy!
Most of the inventory on homes for sale in Las Vegas is gone, one of the biggest reasons!
The Banks are holding back on foreclosed homes to keep the market from being flooded with homes, the reason for it. If the market is flooded with homes then the prices will come down and the Banks will make less money.
