BEWARE of New Privacy Policies in the World Wide Web
While searching for a car rental yesterday I came across this new privacy at Hertz Car Rental dated 5/17/2018
Like most people searching the web I usually just click on the agree box, but this time I opened it up only to find loop holes of invasion of privacy.
I usually book my reservations online but after reading all the different items of my privacy for Hertz Car Rentals, I changed my mind. And will pay the extra $10+ dollars for not paying on the spot and giving them all these items of privacy as an American … (8 comments)

Beware of Bears while hiking the trails of Alaska by Robert Swetz For 2 years now Robert Swetz aka Alaska Bob - Vegas Bob has been hiking the trails of Alaska, around Anchorage, Palmer, Homer, Wasilla, Seward, Denali National Park, etc.
While Robert hikes the trails, he is very prepared will a round bell attached to his belt to create noise while hiking, pepper bear spray, large Bowie knife and Robert is purchasing either a 44 Magnum or a 45 semiautomatic for protection. Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz stopped at the Terrible Herbst Gas Station on 4895 Spring Mountain Rd in Las Vegas Nevada at 11:00pm 10-4-2011 to fill up with gas. VB usually runs (Chevron Gas) in his car because it has detergents in it and Chevron Gas has always treated VB's cars great!
I stopped at one of the pumps at this location and ran my Debit Card through the card slot, put in my zip code etc, hit the enter button and nothing. After several seconds the computer at the pump displays "Time Expired" for the card, so I ran … (13 comments)

Word has it this man in the photo above is roaming around the "Activerain Network" commenting on posts written by "Newbies" and word has it is that he will be doing it for quite some time.
This man is not dangerous but he will sneak up on you when you least expect it.

(Home Buyers) Beware of Listings on Zillow, Craigslist, Easy Street and other Real Estate Networks!
I have been doing some home work on some Real Estate Networks that so many other Agents are bragging about.
I picked out several homes at each of these networks above, huge homes with smoking prices only to find out that the home never existed or where sold a long time ago.
Agent's are using these Real Estate Networks for (Listings) to get (Leads) with false and fake homes!
(Shame) on anyone stooping this low to attract client's!

Beware - Companies (Going out of Business)
In 2008 I was burned by several companies Going Out Of Business, without a warning or a big wonderful sign like this.
There are companies Going Out Of Business everywhere and all of a sudden.
There are lists of companies that are Going Out Of Business over the Internet and through other sources.
Please try to be very careful about doing advertisement in unknown magazines, small newspapers or certain business marketing scams. These people that scam prey on new agent's that have just be licensed.

Yes, once again I just came across a post by a dear friend and member of mine at Active Rain in Las Vegas, Nevada. It seems that another member or members are jealous of her success, so their spreading rumors.
Less than one month ago another member of Active Rain pulled my personal information, my business license and properties that I own and emailed it to other members in the city where I live.
