I really like this post Michelle because it helps buyers to understand that with new listings you have to act fast or lose the deal.

I ran into the Real Estate Fairy again and she had some great news to tell me about the market and if it's still a great time to buy!
Most of the inventory on homes for sale in Las Vegas is gone, one of the biggest reasons!
The Banks are holding back on foreclosed homes to keep the market from being flooded with homes, the reason for it. If the market is flooded with homes then the prices will come down and the Banks will make less money.

Rumors have it is that Las Vegas has hit bottom as far down as it's going to go, give or take a thousand dollars.
Investors and people have been flying in to Las Vegas purchasing 1,2 and as many as 3 homes. Most of these homes are REOs and short sales.
One of my main sources that I have been talking to is a Activerain member and this person really knows what is going on in the market in Las Vegas Nevada.
Also many of the people coming into Las Vegas are first time home buyers and are getting a break … (8 comments)

If you were going to show these men homes, where would you start?
Let's just say that all these men are interested in looking at properties, where would you begin? Which one would you show first? Would you draw straws or go after the man with the most money.
And where are the women? Did they leave them at home or are they in the boat behind this one.

Because of our down economy and how it will continue into 2009, and for anyone that has lost their home due to foreclose, here is an idea.
Why doesn't everyone pool together with their families, parents, brothers and sisters, etc, and purchase a huge REO home or several homes for that matter.
I know people are thinking, I don't want to live with my parents, brothers and sisters, etc. It's not for ever, it's just until the economy swings back. Every person involved can take a equal split, and if your worried about getting cheated by your family, then continue to live … (4 comments)
