It can be a bit odd to meet a buyer after closing when you're the listing agent. Especially after having to serve the buyer with the seller's Notice to Buyer to Perform during escrow. An agent never knows for certain whether the buyer might accidentally turn on the garden hose and point it in the wrong direction.
