If you're thinking of relocating to New York City

Commuting to Manhattan is different, but there is an express train that takes you from the Eltingville Station
to the Staten Island Ferry which only takes 13 minutes.
The ferry is an additional 25 minutes but it is a very relaxing sail.

Thanks to Accurate Appliance Repair Academy. James, who came to my house to "fix" my fridge, gave me a crash course on how to repair what was not broken. Tuition was only $40.00, service call charge, and well worth it.
It seems that someone left the freezer door ajar, which made the tubes that feed the cold air to the top cooler part clog up with frost, eliminating the flow of cold air to the top.

Are you using video to promote your brand?
Last year, July 4, 2011 I photographed our local 4th of July parade and to date received over 1,000 hits. It's also a great time for local politicians to be seen, and at the end of my video, I post my name and occupation and telephone number.
Many times when talking to new clients, they mention some of my videos, not the parade, but my property promotions.

with my USS Ticonderoga hat on
people that were in the service with hats like mine, but with different ships, looked at my hat first, as I also did to them, then our eyes met and a nod or smile was exchanged.
