VB will be only spending around 4 hours Saturday and 4-5 hours on early Sunday, so VB will have the balance of Sat, Sun and Monday to hookup.

Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz spent most of the afternoon showing homes in Lake Las Vegas to one of his clients. While showing several homes there were also two Open House's that VB and his client strolled into.
The last Open House that we looked at listed for $2,150,000 and it was a beautiful home. While the listing agent was showing us the home, VB started talking about how safe Lake Las Vegas is along with many celebrities that have homes at Lake Las Vegas.

Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz joined the Henderson Chamber of Commerce 2-14-2014. VB intended to actually join the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, but after speaking with a person at the Henderson Chamber he decided to become more connected to Henderson.
Vegas Bob will be going to two different mixers next week for the Henderson Chamber, one at Lake Las Vegas and another one in Green Valley ... "How Exciting" ;o)

September 2013 was a very good month for Robert Vegas Bob Swetz in Las Vegas/ Henderson Nevada. Vegas Bob closed on a $290,000 dollar home in Henderson Nevada which is only minutes SE of Las Vegas. And Vegas Bob went into contract with another homebuyer in Lake Las Vegas for an offer of 1.2 million dollars. If sales continue for Vegas Bob like this he might just as well purchase a home in Lake Las Vegas.
Life is good in the Real Estate business for Vegas Bob and October, November and December of 2013 are suppose to be great months … (6 comments)

I spent 3 weekends in a row showing a beautiful (New) home in Lake Las Vegas on a "OPEN HOUSE" ...
There were many people that came through the door complimenting how beautiful it was. How much they liked the tile floors, granite counter tops, views of the Strip, Lake and Mountains from the second floor.
On the last Sunday of my 3 weekends I was getting ready to pack up my things and leave. As I was standing in the front of the home texting some employees at our businesses a shiny old Buick rolled up.
