heeding the home inspectors advice in connecticut ct: Is Anyone Listening?

We all listen; hear to the sounds around us every waking moment. Some of those sounds include people talking to us. Listening also means to heed. As in heed a warning. Home inspectors are people who as part of what we do give people advice and or warn them about potential dangers that exist in their new home. Yet does everyone always listen or should I say heed what their home inspector has to say?
