This is a Flipper-installed patio that screams invitation to trip and the old saying is - have a nice trip?  See you next fall.
Over and over this patio had spots where things were not in plane, with both raised and sinking areas, and there were loose pavers everywhere, including the stairs.
And they want to sell this to someone else!
Like I said, this patio/sidewalk/stairs arrangement is an invitation to trip and fall.

trip hazard: Is This A Master Bedroom Trip Hazard? - 03/06/14 04:29 PM
Sometimes you don't know what you're looking at when you see things - is this a master bedroom trip hazard?
This master bedroom extends out over the garage.
It is a sitting area, about 15'x15'.
It has it's own window.
As it extends into the garage, it has a transition point from bedroom to sitting room.
However, the transition between the two rooms sticks up about 2".
I asked and carpeting is to cover the floors in both the bedroom and sitting room.
What of this 2" lip?  To me it seems as if a miscalculation was made somewhere.  Such a … (64 comments)

A recent home inspection found two locations that wanted to reach out and trip someone - yep, definitely a trip hazard!
The first was a very fun location!  Right at the top of 13 concrete stairs!
These pavers don't look like they were flush to the top of the landing ever.
But certainly, since they have settled, they are a bigger problem now!
Yep, definitely a trip hazard!
It's an easy fix, but why was that not done? 
The second had its own issues, including a trip potential.
