To distinguish yourself as a luxury real estate marketing professional you must be able to instantly articulate how you stand out from your competition You must be able to answer the question: What is your “VA” (Value Added). 
Most of what used to differentiate you,  such as  integrity, competence and local market knowledge is simply not enough. These attributes have become the commodities of the trade in the same way MLS search, via IDX, has become a commodity on any broker or agent website.

We are home this evening after a long journey.  We left last Monday at 5AM for LAX.  The magnificent time machine dropped us off in Detroit, and then another smaller jet took us to Harford...rent a car. drive for an hour and a half  to Westbrook, Connecticut.  We met with our amazing client all day Tuesday and the morning of Wednesday...Wednesday afternoon, we were back in Hartford headed for our nation's capital, Washington DC...rent a car and drive for 3 hours to one of the most beautiful places, the Virginia side of the Chesapeake...where we spent two days with two … (5 comments)

It is the season for Lavender.  At the little Lavender niche the owners grow a variety of Lavender to make oils, soaps and creme.  Today, they had fresh French lavender flowers aka Spanish lavender with brighter denser flowers with an intense frangrance.  The fragrance was heady and you could smell it prior to appraching it.

Directly across one of the plant vendors parked his lavender plants in the neighbor's vendor spot.  These are English lavender plants that have spike like flowers.
