My brother Mario, our buddy Dodo and I spent eighteen days riding motorbikes... 3,714 miles across the US. Crazy? Yeah. A little.
Definitely one of the biggest adventures of my life, which included:
Getting completely lost (in Florida, out of all places)... Pulling my lower back (in New Orleans, LOL)... Riding through Arizona in 106 degrees (and actually loving it) Let me tell you, not easy to get back to work after so much fun. And there is one thing I did right after I got back. This was kinda weird. Why would an agent who is already listing AT LEAST fifteen homes per month (sometimes more) sign up for the Double Your Listings Bootcamp? Seriously, this guy has a profitable business already. He knows what to do. What to say... Where to find leads... And how to get listings. 
You know what he said? I need to keep moving. Keep learning. There is always something I can do better. So true! See, if you think about it -- your success comes down to three things:

I am putting together a system of mailings to expired listings and FSBOs.  In your opinion will your letters, and system work without the call?  I just want to follow a system that has been proven that does not make me get on the phone and hate my business.

Thanks for the email, Mike. I hear you man, calling strangers on the phone or knocking on their door can be uncomfortable, no question about it. Can you get some expired listings just by mailing and hoping the sellers will call you back? Yes, it's possible with high volume and steady repetition. But it's not … (1 comments)

Mr. Krauss was a tough one, to put it mildly. It was an expired listing I kept in touch for months. Hard to get hold off. Not easy to talk to. Tough, cold and stern. But they had a very nice house with plenty of equity and a solid reason to move. So I knew sooner or later a patient, persistent agent will land a great listing. It was just a matter of time.

You work so hard to get a lead. You follow up with the sellers. You finally set up an appointment, spend time on a CMA, get everything ready...
