We Have To Clean That Water Damage Up

Often times when we are opening walls and doing repairs caused by water and moisture intrusion, we find more that needs to be addressed. There is no way of knowing the extent of this water damage but it should be cleaned up.
We like to warn our clients of this possibility before we get started. We do this for a few reasons.
