There are times when the repair that I was called to look at leads to something else. I looked at a wood fence today that the Sacramento management company was considering repairing soon. The fence itself has signs of weathering and a few loose fence boards but not too bad. The fence was not in perfect condition but it could probably hold up a few more years.
