OK!!!!! Here's an a success story for me as an Active Rain Ambassador. As an Ambassador, it's so awesome to bring a happiness and success and opportunity to so many. Yes.....for me, it was awesome being a crowd pleaser. Today....I hosted a social media presentation today. It was so much fun. Active Rain. I can't stand you. I'm obsessed. Really!!!! I got "talked into" joining you and you promised me all this wonderful things and delivered on nothing. With this post I pass a great man in Illinois to become #2 in the State. I joined Active Rain about 1.5 yers ago. Not that this is a significant milestone. But I do have to say that the person I'm passing is just an awesome human being, wonderful home stager and one of the top professionals in any facet of real estate in Illinois. Just logged on over the weekend and had a pleasant surprise....my 13th to be exact...since joining AR. I was contacted via e-mail over the weekend. This person contacted me via Active Rain. Here's the transcript of the text....the names taken out to protect the innocent:

That's about all that I can say. I've hit it....or I will with this post. It's been a wild ride. What's happened in my 18 months since joining? 1) I've built a great network of friend here;
SECONDLY....I'm in the process of taking my 13th loan application since joining AR. I thought that this would take off a lot quicker, but it took a while for me to get into the zone. Just this past week I had a referral from one of my associates and friends in the Rain. Mr. Jeff Belonger! Mortgage Guru Extraodinaire!!!! The FHA-meister!!! Mortgage Knowledge at its BEST!!!! (Jeff Belonger) I've now been dancing in the rain for over a year. I called him up this past week to just BS with him.
