Everyone is a snob about something. Me???? It's not Pizza, but I will say that I LOVE Pizza so much that I can tell you when the Pizza is extraordinary, just OK, or sometimes it just downright sucks. Now comes Fio's Pizza in Saint Charles. It's loacated in Wasco, Illinois, just a few miles west of Randall Road at the corner of LaFox Road and Route 64. I order every week for my office. I have lived in Saint Charles for about 12 lifetimes. Actually since 5th grade. So I've used them for years. They're awesome. Last week, I go in at get a new U - joint. In and out in a quick time with a very fair price. I leave for the weekend and when I'm up in Sheboygan, boom, boom, boom.....a minor crunch and I limp off of Highway 43 and crawl into the first service center. I've known Joe for years. I don't hang with him and we don't talk socially, but I've known him personally and professionally. Joe, I would classify as one of the best of the best. So I'm driving one day in Wisconsin and my Yukon Denali sputters and stammers and spits a fumes. Finally, I realize that the transmission (or tranny for those gear heads) is jammed up somehow. Needless to say, I can go 60 miles an hour at about 4000 RPMs. My transmission has died and gone to the tranny graveyard in the sky. I take my car to the GMC dealer on main street in Saint Charles where I bought the car. They wanted $3,400 to fix the issue or $4,000 to completely replace the transmission. OK...so I'm driving around in Wisconsin last week doing my recruiting. Needless to say, I feel a bit of a vibration from my back left tire. About 5 years ago, I had a similar problem, but after I take it to the shop I find out that I just need to rotate my tires. By my last day recruiting I am on my way home to pick up my sons for a "man's weekend" at the farm. Needless to say the vibration clearly becomes a great wobble.
