That's how the phone call started out. I proceeded to vet the caller and discovered that she was NOT ready to hit the ground running in Real Estate. The dialog was guarded but flowing back and forth when she said certain words to me. Upon hearing them, I had to tell her we need to hang-up, I am sorry and I have to go.

I had some trouble with my wireless technology all of a sudden and investigated accordingly. I just updated everything and it was working and then failed at some point. I actually tune in to ActiveRain at least a few times a day...OK maybe more....What professional in their line of work doesn't want to be kept abreast of the latest going ons in the business they are in....? As an added bonus, it is done in pleasurable way so that the giver and receiver both prosper....

In 2003-2005, I decided to knock out a couple of degrees...I enjoyed the experience. I was employed by a medium sized Real Estate firm during the day and at night and on weekends.... went to school. I have done fairly well without a degree all my life. Do you need a degree in today's job market?
I hear the cost of going to college has gone up. The economy has caused many to re-think their expenses. Just how important is it to have a degree and is it necessary in today's topsy turvy climate of uncertainties....?
