As we all know Real Estate is a dynamic and profitable experience with predictable outcomes when handled by traditional and conservative professionals. The outcomes still continue to be powerful because all that participate stand to gain. Often referred to as the largest transaction of ones life it demands a standard of interaction to give that predictable result. One mistake, error or mis-step can cost time and money.....and ...? A friend of mine told me the story of an agent in line at the grocery store over-hearing a conversation from the person in front of them to the cashier having to do with his father passing away and leaving a house to be sold. In America, where opportunities abound and anyone can get on or off of the money go-round at some point, two distinct ways present themselves of making a living. I don't know why people always pick REAL ESTATE to practice their conversation, opinions and beliefs on. Everyone I meet is a Real Estate expert so they think because they read or experienced some small aspect of it and then add their TWO CENTS to it they know it all. Their CENTS usually makes no SENSE I AM NOT SURPRISED I have often run into people who when questioned become adamant on the subject matter. That's an interesting dynamic because in my over 35 years in this ever evolving learning business, I am not adamant about anything. That's because so much can and will happen.
