There things in this life some insignificant others obvious that bring a quality of life aspect to the discoverer of them. For instance, if you have ever had tree, vine or bush-ripened fruit where when picked is at the height of its being in taste and satisfaction store-bought produce pales in contrast LARGE POPULATIONS For opportunites, social activities, employment and the access to multiple places of interest, the big city life contiues to beckon, attract and maintain for those that want it. If you go back a couple of generations, people who bought Real Estate stayed put. They moved in and never moved out. They would put in their careers, raise their children or families and then even retire. They knew everyone and everyone knew them.... OH YOU BOUGHT THE OLD JONES PLACE Homes were given the names of their owners. The old Brown place or the old Adams house. Old here means that what it was called not the age of the home.
