I have become aware of how the U.S. Post office has been running in the red for years now. When you take a real close look at it, it was never run effectively or efficiently. I would do author book signings for my PEARL SERIES of books. When they entered bankruptcy, the chain addressed their customer service for the better. Now, that they are closing...

We attended Borders liquidation sale and that is a post coming up . The point of this post is a sign that was posted in front of the sealed off bathrooms at Borders. I have always been well received and treated at the Borders Book stores whenever I was there doing book signings. First off, the employees are all helpful and love their jobs. They will be missed. That joyful attitude starts from the top down which brings me to Nathan Macias the General Manager of the Rancho Cucamonga store. He sets the rhythm and it is a good one

There are businesses that can run on auto-pilot and not suffer for it. They don't even have to have a gimmick or good customer service or even be priced right. Maybe they are the only game in town?
