I wasn't expecting it. That made it even more of an impact when it happened. I randomly went about my daily business routine under instructions from my buyer to investigate and then gather as much data as I could on a home that we wanted to make an all cash offer on right here right now...THEN IT HAPPENED!

I call a major Retail shopping center which just sold for $84 million dollars and has large anchor tenants plus movie theater to get data on their space and leasing requirements. No live people available and the recorder comes on and you push this or that to address your needs. LISTEN CAREFULLY you are told as the instructions are explained. If you have ever gone river rafting or seen the videos etc, you will see quiet times between the fast rushing water.
