The golden rule and Zillow. He who has THE gold rules all. That's what the government is trying to decide now. Will the coming together of ZILLOW & TRULIA cause a monopoly? Will Zillow have the gold and rule? I wonder what the criteria is when determining that. I already hear quite a bit from people who have done business with both entities and both the positive and the negative has been brought up. Does the government consider that feedback & input?

When we use the word manager nowadays, one thinks of the perks and the extra money that goes with the title. But the word itself: manager comes from the word MANAGE which is intended to mean the supervision and caring of other people, places, and things. It has sort of a buck stops here theme to it

I am reminded on how B of A tried to charge a fee for using a debit card and the public said NO. Then, Netflix tried a maneuver to make an extra creative buck and the public said a very expensive NOT TODAY. Then, a carrier tried to charge for paying your bill online or some such nonsense and there was an uproar
