What is regret? Interesting as the definitions fit the different scenario as there is no general regret but instead specific. A missed opportunity? That would mean a failure to act promptly or at all. A poor choice? That remains normal for the life journey. Disappoitment? For who? You or the other person?

To understand what the word "aware" means it is useful to use the Richie Reverse Rule and ask what would the world or you be like without being aware? Pretty dark! First step is to reduce the problem-solving workload so that we can begin the process of sorting then tackling and then eliminating what doesn't work and replacing it with what does. I refer to it as being in a type of game show you know those shows where contestants have to do something under the gun which is a time sentence. Ever since I was a kid, I hated shopping. It was so bad that it left an impression on me all throughout the young adult years and to this day.
