Start-up in anything usually takes a hard investment. It is money to be spent according to planning with the intent of getting a return on not only the funds, but on time spent too. Long time ago, I learned to use a feather instead of a stick when it came to beating myself up over something. Pretty soon I threw away the feather. Now, I am open to reason and change without the persuaders. When you wrong, made a mistake or just don't know... well, say so. It comes across better than anything else you can try LAUGH...and then LAUGH AGAIN If you fail at something, welcome to the learning curve. I once visited a place called Boyden's cave. You take this tour and go deep within the cave and then when you are well within the cave the tour guide says this:: "The man who discovered this cave had to crawl out of here and in pitch darkness as his lamps failed. You can survive REMODELING. For those of you who can relate, this is no idle boast as this endeavor can and will reduce you, your spouse and your home to near wrecking status. Something we don't discuss enough is the start-up of anything or the learning of it. You see you naturally come into the world in this mode and it unfolds on its own as you mature. Children enter into the richness of of it when they start asking HOW and WHY questions about everything.
