WE are seeing a few new homes in all segments here in North Branch, Mn. There are less and less quality listings right now and with the prices starting to creep up...Building is becoming an option.
As for the home I am talking about...it is one that I had to give my blessing to.
Although I was not asked in advance...I do welcome the squatters and will protect them however necessary.
Yeah...call me a sucker, but sometimes you just have to be the nice guy.

It is an ongoing debate. North Branch, Mn is no stranger to this debate. I get the question often, but the answer isn't always so easy. There are many variables and the biggest is how much home do you need. Rental homes in North Branch , Mn are hard to come by. So what is the answer... Without talking to you, I can't say for sure, but rentals are more expensive in North Branch than in other local communities. That being said, if you plan on being in the area for 5 years or more...buying is the best option for ALMOST … (6 comments)
