I am posting about Plaza quite regularly. This one is about the inventory, sales, and some fascination with predictions.
Active units There are 13 units for sale in The Plaza Resort & Spa.
The lowest priced ocean view unit is $45,900. There is another unit for sale for a bit less than $50K making a total of 2 units under $50K.
6 units between $50K and $60K.
Then there are 3 units in the $60s, one for $75K and one for $99,900.
If you are trying to make sense of these numbers, figuring that the unit for $99,900 is somehow better … (0 comments)

The Plaza Resort & Spa I have wanted to attend a meeting at The Plaza Resort & Spa for years now, but it somehow did not happen until very recently. It was an annual meeting, and you can read about the election here.
Here I would like to pay attention to things happening in The Plaza Resort & Spa, changes that we soon would see in Plaza.

Oh my… I am looking at Plaza Resort & Spa in Daytona, our premier condo-hotel oceanfront resort, and all I can see is the list of 12 units for sale on MLS… 12 units in Plaza Resort & Spa? This is a far cry compared to 2009, when we had 52 units for sale there, and the prices were from the low $30s. Funny that I receive calls every day from people who still think that our market is going down. But hey, there are always those who believe what they want to believe.
